I read somewhere (can't remember where) that optimal personal growth happens when you are pushed 3% out of your comfort zone.

With that in mind, it's an important part of our 'learn it all' approach that you are constantly being pushed to improve.

You should feel slightly uncomfortable learning new things, and taking responsibility for new tasks.

But here's the thing - we never want people to be stressed or anxious as a result.

I'll always err on the side of pushing you too hard - but if you start to feel stressed, or that you are way out of your comfort zone - just let me know.
