• You'll have a call with the leadership team to set expectations for the next few weeks.
• You'll be assigned a buddy who will set up daily 15 min end of day meetings with you.
  • The purpose of these meetings is to check in and answer any questions you may have.
  • We’d also love to get your feedback on your experience with our onboarding process.
• We will pre-book 30, 60 and 90 day check ins. 
• You'll be invited to daily catchups and any other upcoming meetings.
  • Daily catchups are where we discuss our priorities for the day and tackle any blockers we are facing.
• You'll be given access to the XEN HubSpot Portal.
• You'll get your XEN Digital Pack - please follow this process:
• You'll make sure you have access to all of the accounts you need.
• You'll start setting up your Tech Stack so you're ready to work!
• (Applicable to Graphic/Web Designers) Erika will reach out and start assigning some design tasks for internal brands to you
