Chrome Profiles are technically for allowing multiple users to share the same device while having their own 'instance' of Chrome.

Tabs, history and bookmarks will be remembered for each Chrome instance.

We use Chrome Profiles at XEN to quickly and easily change our Chrome 'instance' or 'context'.

Your main Chrome Profile will be synced to your <name>@xen.com.au account. You'll mostly use this one.

Essential Chrome Extensions to Install

Here is the list of essential Chrome Extensions for all XEN employees to install:

• 1Password
• Loom Video Recorder
• HubSpot Email Tracking Follow this process (link)
• Grammarly (check your spelling when writing emails etc) make sure you set it the language to AU English

Recommended Chrome Extensions to Install

You don't have to install these, but we find them helpful.

• Inbox When Ready (hide your Gmail inbox until you're ready to see it)
• **Zoom Scheduler**
