Culture

  1. We are a 100% remote company.
  2. We are A players who work hard during the work day and have the rest of our time free from work.
  3. We have each other's backs - we are supportive.
  4. We are not a very social company - as a result of being remote, and the fact that we are mostly introverts.
  5. That being said, socialising is important for mental health, team morale and you are more likely to enjoy your job if you like the people you work with.
  6. We encourage you to share your interests and personality.
  7. We attempt to do virtual socials when we all feel like it - we'll usually play a game and have a chat.
  8. We sometimes read a book as a collective and then discuss it. It's usually a book related to personal development or business effectiveness.
