At the bottom of the Framework document there is a roadmap. This is extremely important to our clients because they want to know the plan. So for our Virtual HubSpot Manager (monthly subscription) clients, we proactively keep this up to date and let them know how we are progressing with goals, outcomes and projects.
The goal is to get them to Stage 5, Continuous Improvement and Empowerment in HubSpot.
But along the way smaller goals might be to get them to Stage 2, 3, 4 etc.
