How to set up your email signature in Gmail
Once you receive your email signature doc from a team member, follow the instructions in the video below to set it up.

Notes:
- Feel free to add 1 or 2 banners in your email signature
- If you get the "email signature is too long" error, please try this workaround:
- Highlight and copy only the table ****that has your email signature (ie without the banners)
- Paste it in your Gmail signature
- Go back to the doc, select the banner and copy it
- Paste the banner in your Gmail signature
- Another Workaround:
- Copy the HTML code for the email signature banner.
- Open the HTML Cleaner tool.
- Paste the HTML code into the HTML section.
- Copy the cleaned banner from the preview/output.
- Go to Google Signature Settings in Gmail.
- Paste the banner directly into your signature.
- Save your changes and send a test email to confirm it displays correctly.
- If you want to add more text to your email signature, you may get the same error above. Please do some testing first before you delete your previous email signatures (or don't delete them so you can reuse them if you get this error)
