- We pay you monthly, on or around the 15th of the month.
- You are paid two weeks in advance and two weeks in arrears.
- When you first start, we send an initial test payment to ensure all your bank details are correct.
- After that we pay you what is owed for the remainder of the month, as per below:
- If you start at the start of the month you are paid on (around) the 15th.
- If you start after we've run our monthly pay run, we pay you as soon as able in the week you start as a special pay run.
- Depending on the day you start your first pay will be apportioned based on the number of days you work that month.
- For example, let's say you start on the 7th of the month, and the month has 30 days (eg September).
- We simply pay you for 23 days (ie 30 - 7) X your monthly salary (and less any initial test payment).
- Another example, let's say you start on the 24th of a month, and the month has 30 days.
- We would pay you for 6 days (ie 30 - 24) x your monthly salary (and less any initial test payment).
- If you have any questions, please free to chat with Craig.
