The following information applies only to employees hired directly by XEN. If you are employed through a third-party agency or partner, please consult your manager/supervisor for relevant policies.
Every year, you're entitled to 20 days of accrued paid vacation leave. This means you will be given 1.66 days of leave for every month you work at XEN.

As a general rule there's no limit to how much sick leave you can take. We believe in an open and honest work environment and trust you to only take sick leave when you genuinely are sick.
If you are sick for three or more days, we may ask you to provide a Doctor's Certificate, which is simply uploaded to your Drive folder, for internal records.
If you would like to take time off but don't have enough paid vacation leave, you can take the time off as unpaid leave.
Simply organise with your Manager as you would normally with paid vacation leave and they will coordinate with the Accounts team to manage with your salary payments.
