Worked with Michele (his wife) to build some online businesses, starting with Get Organized Wizard.
Was forced to learn:
Skin in the game is a wonderful teacher.
And then started doing it for friends.
Michele has created additional sites including 52WLM, Louder Minds and A Chic Life.
Started changing from consultant approach to agency approach.
New team members joined.
Ian and Craig started the HubShots podcast in 2015.
An opportunity with LG in 2016 led to the start of Solar Trust Centre.
And then to XEN Solar.
From the late 2010s we've gradually clarified the positioning of XEN B2B.
In June 2022 we narrowed our focus from full digital agency offering to just providing HubSpot services.
In March 2023, we launched our design brand XEN Create.
In February 2025 we launched our HubShots Community.
